What size should I choose?

If you are unsure of the ideal size for your pet, please consult our size guides. There you can find the available options for each product.

If you have any questions, please contact us. We will ask you for some details, such as your pet's age and size, so that we can recommend the most suitable size for you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days of confirmation. In case of holiday weekends, special promotions or new releases, we may need a couple of extra days to process them.

Does Nostalgia Pets offer personalised products?

We do not provide customisation services for individual orders. However, if you would like to collaborate on a larger project, please contact us at sales@nostalgia-pets.com.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Shipping time may vary depending on the destination.

Once the order is placed, we need 1-2 business days to process it, making sure that details such as address and contents are correct.

After the preparation process, the order is shipped via USPS or DHL. Estimated delivery time is between 2-4 business days, depending on the destination, season and other external factors.

A tracking number will be provided to you by email immediately after shipment.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. With the number provided, you will be able to track the shipment on the carrier's website.

Exchanges

How long do I have to make an exchange or return?

You have 30 days from the time you receive your product(s) to request an exchange or return.

How long does it take to process an exchange?

Once we receive the returned item(s), it can take up to a week for your exchange request to be processed. Upon approval, the new item will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

Do you accept used products for exchanges or refunds?

All returned products must be in NEW condition. All fur must be removed from items to be eligible for a full refund. Returned products that are dirty, furry or damaged will not qualify for exchange or refund and will be sent back to you at your expense or donated to a local shelter if not claimed within 30 days.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive the returned product, it can take up to a week to process the refund request. Once approved, it can take up to 10 additional days for your bank or payment platform to transfer the refund to your account or card.
